RESCHEDULE & FORFEIT FEE POLICY UPDATE FOR FALL 2023
After the final schedule is announced, request for reschedule will need to be submitted via Reschedule Request Form and a $50 reschedule fee paid by Tuesday at 5:00 pm prior to the originally scheduled game. No reschedule request will be considered after Tuesday at 5:00 pm prior to the originally scheduled game. Requests to any email or phone number will not be considered.
Any team that no-shows or cancels in less than 24 hours of kick-off will be charged $125 Forfeit Fine for 4v4 match or 7v7 match and a $200 Forfeit Fine for 9v9 matches. **Team will not be allowed to play another league game until fees are paid via credit card**

- Pool Play Encouraged: Any US Club carded player from your club is elligible
- Coach Conflicts: Resolving Approved Scheduling conflicts is a priority for all participating coaches (please refer to league rules)
- Development (or Plus, “+”) brackets offered:
- U8 plays 7v7
- U10 plays 9v9
- U12 plays 11v11
- Balanced Game Schedules that play in Roanoke, Grapevine, Dallas, and Plano
- Full Schedule by Second Game
- Remote Score Reporting

No, you do not have to pay right when you register. At the end of registration, you will have the option to pay by credit card or pay by check. If you need time to collect the money from your parents, choose to pay by check to reserve your spot/discounts and pay later. All payments must be completed by August 27, 2023 to ensure your spot in the league.
Please note: Any payment received between August 28, 2023 to September 3, 2023 will incur a $50 late fee. Failure to make payment by 11:59 pm on September 3, 2023 will result in the removal of your team from the season.
- U6-U8 (4v4 – Academy): $500
- U8-U10 (7v7 – Academy): $730
- U10-U12 (9v9 – Select): $925

How to build a Match Day Roster and print Match Day Card as a Coach or Manager
You will need to PRINT your match card and have it with you ALONG WITH your VIRTUAL CARDS (see below) to present to the referees PRIOR to your scheduled game.

You will need to utilize your smart phone to CHECK IN AT THE FIELDS with the Referees prior to each game using VIRTUAL CARDS & YOUR PRINTED MATCH CARD.
